Questions people ask before commissioning a JobBox.

The practical detail behind the pitch. Build, delivery, hardware, content, care, data. If you cannot find the answer here, ask directly.

N° 01·Commission and timeline

Build & timeline.

/01How long does a JobBox take to commission?

Typically eight to twelve weeks from signed brief to handover. Two weeks scoping, four to six weeks filming and edit, two weeks build and quality control.

/02What do you need from us to start?

Site access for a small film crew, a named point of contact, and clarity on the roles and moments you want to feature. Everything else, we bring.

/03Can we own more than one JobBox?

Yes. Multi-case programmes are common for regional or divisional rollouts. Each case can carry the same or different content.

/04How is the JobBox priced?

Every programme is quoted individually. Three editions provide the framework: Prime, Signature and Elite. All prices are POA. See the editions section on the home page.

N° 02·Headsets and case

Hardware, plainly.

/05What headsets are inside?

Ten standalone headsets, no cables, no external computer. Selected for reliability at events and for a comfortable session length. Details confirmed at brief.

/06How is the case built?

A ruggedised flight-grade case with custom-cut foam. Charging is integrated. The lid carries your branding, applied cleanly to the outer skin.

/07How long does the battery last?

A full day of typical event use on one overnight charge. Each headset returns to its slot after a session, where it charges between uses.

/08How is it cleaned between users?

Wipeable face interfaces are supplied. Disposable hygiene covers are an option and are common on higher-footfall days.

N° 03·Content and film

Films & updates.

/09Who films the content?

Our film team. We record your sites, your people and the work as it is. No corporate reconstruction, no stock footage.

/10How long is each experience?

Two minutes on average, per moment. Enough to feel the room and the pace. Short enough that a candidate stays engaged and a shift lead can spare a person for it.

/11Can we update the content later?

Yes. Content refreshes are quoted per scope. New moments, new sites, new roles. The case does not need to be returned.

/12Who owns the content?

You do. The finished films are yours, licensed for use inside the JobBox and elsewhere in your recruitment work if you wish.

N° 04·Care, data, ongoing

After handover.

/13What support comes with the box?

A named contact, a support number, and a team that knows your build. Not a manual on a shelf.

/14What happens if a headset fails?

Rapid swap-out within agreed SLAs. The remaining nine headsets keep the queue moving.

/15Is any personal data collected?

No candidate data is captured inside the experience by default. If you want opt-in follow-up, that is a separate module and is designed with your privacy team.

/16Is JobBox insured?

The case travels under standard event equipment cover. Full insurance and liability documentation is provided at contract stage.
